Full ABYR Review OCG

One of the biggest post ever, a comment on single cards.
I cutted this since it will be too long, too much text, click under here.

Gagaga Kaiser, another gagaga card, I see this one comboeing with lots of cards. Banish a lv3, xyz leviair, ss the banished one. Of course he can help doing lots of xyzs, it has no limit of level unlike magician.
Bull Blader, funny one, I'd play it in place of D.D. Warrior Lady somewhere since this one won't let you take damages, and, as I said, the RFG right now is kinda more accesible than the graveyard.
Achacha Chanbara, nothing special, of this I'd write only a little ruling. It looks like this card is chainable to the card that generates the damage, so the damage-generator doesn't need to be chain link 1, and your opponent will take damages before you do, could win some games, but 400 is too little.
Mogumole, again, nothing special, it's a self-revival once per duel, so you can play only a copy of it. Sent to the graveyard AND destroyed, so if you synchro with him, you won't revive him, bad. At least, perfect monster to use with torrential tribute.
Grandran, I believe anyone expected a card like this to come out, sometime, an XYZ related Goldfaxe. Yeah, if you have two of this it is an instant R4-XYZ generator, but, is it even worth it? It is a -1 that require two copies of a card and requires the opponent to have an XYZ on the field, if it was light, at least, we could use it with photon veil and go into shock ruler. Not even machine for machine duplication, only thing left is Inferno Reckless Summon.
Tripod Fish, this one isn't totally bad, I don't fully know how fish/sea-serpent/aqua deck work right now, but I believe that surface on this will provide a lv4 monster or increasing the level of another monster on the field by one, nothing special.
Deep Sweeper, as said, I don't know how those deck work right now, but I don't believe this would be of any use. It's like lost blue breaker, only that this one hasn't the limitation of having another monster on the field. Though, blue breaker was diva summonable, making it lot better.
H.C. Extra Sword, doesn't look too bad, this on Blade Armor Ninja doesn't sound too bad, does it? 3200 multiple attacker. Don't even think of overlaying two of those to make him have 2000 more ATK, since it isn't cumulative.
H.C. Night-Attack Cantera, H.C.-Themed Drillroid, nothing special, but stil playable.
Planet Pathfinder, doesn't sound too bad, but still I can't see where I would play this, it is a terraforming that eats a Normal Summon and goes to the grave, if only it retrieved from the grave it would be kinda playable, nothing special, though.
Solar Wind Jammer, yeah, good one, a LIGHT Vice Dragon that increases its level once per turn. Machine and LIGHT, means that it is playable with eltanin, but could be really good BLS-fodder, has lots of uses. (E-Teleport+This+BLS in hand=LV7 Synchro+BLS, nothing special, but still considerable)
Heraldic Beast Aberconway, yeah, yeah, what? If he's in the grave he banishes another copy of himself to retrieve (and not add from the deck) a Heraldic Beast? Don't think it is good, I believe that someone will play him only to have targets for the support spell card I'll talk after.
Heraldic Beast Bernard's Falcon, I'd see this being played only in T.G.s as a tech to make quasar easier using librarian, wonder magician and another lv5 or more synchro, but it isn't even that good. Again, target for the spell card.
Mermail - Abysslinde, a recruiter that works whenever she's destroyed, but needs to be on the field, that can use her effect only once per turn. Good, not awesome but good. Oh, I forgot to mention something, she can summon Megaloabyss. Now it is a great card, isn't it?
Mermail - Abyssgunde, personal reborner that works when sent from the hand to the grave. Yeah, good one. Again, she can summon megaloabyss, making this card kinda great.
Mermail - Abysshilde, Special Summons from the hand when discarded, clearly a -1 that's way harder to use compared to Abysslinde. She can get rid of dead Megaloabyss in hand, but that's not that big of a problem since the high number of discarders that Mermail play.
Mermail - Abyssturge, retriever that discards a monster, good, not awesome, but good.
Mermail - Abysspike, searcher of the deck, while discarding. It's kinda personal, but I see this being better than Abyssturge. Could be fun playing those two with Summoner Monk, but I have no ideas, I hate this archetype for some reasons.
Mermail - Abysslang, I'm talking about this only because I promised I would have talked about the FULL pack. No good. That's it.
Mermail - Megaloabyss, win condition of the deck. That's enough of an explanation.
Hanged Man of Prophecy, not bad, well, to say it all, it's kinda good. A searcher that works when discarded. Again, not bad. (I'm lolling while writing this)
Hermit of Prophecy, I don't know a lot of Book of Spell, but I don't think that XYZing into R5 is their objective, I believe it is beating down the opponent with those spells and traps that support them.
Justice of Prophecy, yeah, really good, sad it searches during the end phase, but that would be too broken if it was when the spellbook card is activated.
Emperor of Prophecy, easily searchable, good effect, steal your opponent's big monsters, use them against your own opponent, then use them for synchros/xyzs/tributes.
Madolches cards (monsters, xyz and spells/traps), already talked about them here and here.
Abyss Warrior, I don't know what to say about this card, I believe it's kinda good because it can recycle your cards while triggering your monsters, but that will let your opponent know what will your next draw be, and if he prepares to that you won't have other responses except that card.
Snowman Creator, it counts itself in the water monsters, so you'll have at least a counter. If Ice Counters got some more supports, they could make their way at least in the 4fun scene. Oh, beautiful artwork.
Fishborg Planter, it looks like (it sure is) the fusion of Fishborg Blaster and Glow-Up Bulb (that in the whiletime bloomed and became a real plant while Blaster became its Planter). In the fusion it gained 100 ATK, a level and loss the Tuner status. Good, not awesome but at least playable. Consider it a free mill once per turn.
Nimble Angler, I totally, and I'm saying totally, fell for this. I will make a deck around this, and Moulin Glace (I'll talk later about this) that uses the summoned monsters for Gachi Gachi to stall and power-up your own monsters, with frog support lancer-like with ronins to go into more gachi gachi(s). Yeah, I think that this one will be kinda good.
Distant Sea Knight, why, why do they need to make this crappy copies of Armageddon? Making it water wont even make it work with Eisbahn, only with stumbling, if we really want to play it like that.
Mechanical Sea Dragon - Plesion, umh, if it was sea-serpent itself it would be way more good. Like that, it is good, but destroying only face-up make its effect way less powerful than hitting no matter what.
Metallizing Parasite - Soltite, this card is kinda funny, isn't it? Protecting the monster only from monsters is bad, I'd have rather made it being able to stop spells, at least we would be protected from Hornet.
Ice Spirit God - Moulin Glace, awesome one. It'll be the star card in most of my water decks. Just think of it in a Sea Lancer, you can bounce it for Swap and use its effect again next turn, even if we'll be jumping the battle phase. In other cases, it is an easily-summonable 2800-ATK LV8 WATER&Sea Serpent Monster with a Delinquent Duo-like effect without costs.
Houseduston, AWWW YEAHHHH. I love this card. It's because I believe that duston wil lbe on of my favourite archetype ever if they'll mantain this game-style (summoning on your opponent's side of field, and taking advantage from it). Just use this to swarm your opponent's field, and then control everything with the support card I hope they'll make.
Small Penguin, looks good, and can summon even the emperor. Sadly the penguin archetype isn't totally good itself, so it won't do anything.
Straggling Force, too much restriction, you'll forget the one you read before finishing reading them.

Number C32: Shark Drake Vice, I don't like this card. It's not like utopia ray that you can use mind control and then chaos change, no one plays shark drake. This card won't be played, that's all.
One-Eyed Skill Gainer, there are controversial opinions about this card, mine is that this one is worse than the Heraldic Beast one. It requires one more monster, has 100 more ATK, but it can't steal it like heraldic, it is harder to summon, since he can't use medallion like genome heiter. It's not like I think that Genome is an awesome card.
Gagaga Gunman, talked a lot about this card in the past, I even did an FTK. It's a great card, make it a 3000 ATK beater (+1000 into 2500 and -500 to an opponent monsters for 3000 ATK) and he could be a toolbox-able Ookazi, it wins games and ya all know that. Beautiful Art, too.
H.C. - Gandiva, good one, think of it against rabbit and lol. Or tour into tour. It's needed that the effect that summons the monster is chain link 1, so if your opponent summons tour guide, and chains MST, you'll be able to destroy his new tour guide. Not being too specific (2 Level 4 Warrior) he can be played in HEROes, providing them a little control.
H.C. - Kusanagi, negates the card, so it is chained right after the spell, and if your opponent uses BTH or Compulsory on this card's summon, you'll be able to negate it. the boost is forever, means he can reach 4000 ATK. Again, not too specific, but 3 material are a lot, if they needs to be all warrior. HEROes can make it, but I don't think that other decks can. That would add some more protection while going for the OTK, this+blade armor+excalibur is totaly game, vulnerable only to book of moon or fader/swift/gorz.
Number 9: Canopy Star, troll card. While re-attaching the monsters, you don't need to re-attach the original one, so think of something that works when sent to the grave like tour bus, or dandylion. Sadly, if you reattach the monsters, you won't be able to negate that attack, sad one. It's a 2800 Attacker with 3000 DEF though, surely not bad. Not totally easy to summon, but not impossible.
Number 8: Heraldic King Genome Heriter, I talked about this in the One-Eyed Skill Gainer part. Still bad card.
Mermail - Gaioabyss, summon, negate everything, stand there with nothing to do? No thanks, I'd prefer going into OTK. I'd play this only if my OTK gone bad to negate monsters on opponent's turn to be sure he doesn't turn the table.
Empress of Prophecy, good card, destroy lots of monsters and see your next five draws. Sadly, your opponent will see them too.
Snowdust Giant, Ice Counter support, but this one is kinda good to be played without other ice counter cards. Summon, reveal lots, reduce lots, simple.
Awakened Brave Warrior - Gagagigo, another vanilla xyz, 2950 ATK, 3 lv4 monsters. No good, but kinda funny. It increases again the gagagigo story. Basically, it's a "awakened" version of gagagigo that found his real self with the help of freed, I believe.

One-Shot Wand, good boost and draw effect that doesn't make you sacrifice a monster, could be good.
Different Dimension Trench, if it was continous trap, it would be awesome. However, it makes your opponent think good before Heavy Storming your set S/Ts and your trench on your big megaloabyss.
Tannhauser Gate, seems fun, I'd have liked it more if it was with the attribute in place of the type, since eater taht eats a level 8 dark would mean a Rank 8 XYZ. However, has its uses
Gravity Blaster, some metas ago it would have been really good. For those who play pokemon (I don't, but a friend of mine talk me lot about some abilities and likes), it would have been like Blaziken with Speed Boost. The negate effect is good, but doesn't stop sangan and likes that work when sent to the grave.
High Medallion Arts, I believe that the few that play Heraldic, play them only for this card. It's relatively awesome. If it was for no matter what other archetype, it would have been broken, except for LV1 Archetypes. Good, not totally awesome because of the archetype.
Abysscale - Kraken, I love this card. Just like the Rock Koa-Ki meiru, only that this one is a spell, so easiest to activate and to have more. The boost could be useful.
Forgotten Capital Lemuria, the card itself is good, only that with the 15-cards Extra, being the combination too much, you won't be able to properly play this.
Alma Spellbook, looks awesome, I don't know a lot, but I think that there are a lot of ways to remove your spellbook, and this rerieves them perfectly, while being easily searchable.
Goethe Spellbook, I don't think this card is awesome, but still can be useful in combo with Alma to retrieve one of your Spellbook in the grave.
Spellbook Institute - La Maison, looks really good, a draw card that recycles your card is good in no matter the deck. That's it.
Forbidden Garment, not too good, but still playable. This'll be valued a lot only because it is a "Forbidden" card.
Last-Moment Alignment, instant XYZ. Has lots of uses, they change from card to card, jsut consider tannhauser gate, but there are lots of ways to use this card.
Mental Corruption, nothing special, there are only fews deck that leaves monsters on the field that aren't xyzs, and they are those who leave the field with high level monsters (megaloabyss, lol) that you won't be able to steal like that.
The Modest Sentry, no explanation, we all know that konami likes to put on or two totally unuseful/troll cards per pack.
Battle Break, if we wanted to stop the battle phase, we'd rather play threatening roar that is chainable, or Negate Battle that's counter, not this one that can easily be negated. It only adds the destruction of a monster.
Bubble Bringer, I like this card, instant Leviathan/Leviair/Acid Golem/Black Ray Lancer OR gravity bind against megaloabyss' attacks.
Heroic Gift, like Modest Sentry, konami likes to troll us.
Heroic Advance, konami made lot of these cards in the past, change the attack target to another monster, but *insert something that would help a little opponent's situation*.
Xyz Fierce Battle!!, no, really, I don't see the point of this card. Taken in consideration the fact that lots of players play acid golem, what would be the point of this? And you'll pay 1000 lps however. We reached the three troll cards.
Abyssquall, Atlantean Roar-like card. Konami is finishing their ideas. The card isn't totally bad, but not worth it.
Abyssphere, the card that moves the biggest part of the megaloabyss OTK, go(o)d card is go(o)d.
Abysstrom, Umi support card not to be played into mermails. Not totally bad, if someone wants to build a Umi deck.
Memory of a Rival, the card that explains Awakened Gagagigo. Basically, it's like making an opponent's monster's attack direct, and then banish to steal it.
Magic Deflector, totally like this one. Side against field spell deck (dark worlds, madolces, spellbook and likes), decks that use continuous spell, equip spell-reliant decks (inzektors), and random quick-play cards (book of moon, lance, chalice, garment and likes). I'd main it in 1 copy, if I have a slot, too.
Magic-Power-Induced Explosion, don't know what this card is made for, probably against inzektor again, but the name make me lol a lot.
Cashback, solemn brigade, skill drain, ultimate offering and lot of cards like that can be hit by this card. Solid side card against skill drain/ultimate offering decks, since it has other targets.
Unification of the Country, lolly one. Won't be played like gozen match or rivalry of warlords, but still it is something. I will never ever play this one.
Retaliation, right now, it looks like konami hates staples. Good card, not awesome, though.

My fingers hurt too much to write something else. Hope this was good enough, See Ya.
