10.000 visits special #1: Chaos Contact

What's this?
Chaos Contact is a deck that uses Miracle Contact, along with Convert Contact, with Chaos monsters (too much "C"s), while summoning beatstick and recycling your monsters.
Given the part of the neo-spacian fusions that make them go back to the deck, you will recycle even them, while speeding-up your game with convert contact and recycling the monsters via miracle contact itself.
The deck does play Stratos too, since it can search for prisma, a great card in here. I play even double hero lives, since using it on stratos, searching and summoning prisma, sending neos/hummingbird with the other one in the grave, and miracle contact, will provide you a giant beatstick, air neos.
The chaos part is played thanks to convert contact. Sending glow moss and dark panther you'll have a perfect grave setup.
To speed-up things, we have cross porter. Send it to the grave, SS a neo-spacian from the hand and search another one, giving you the perfect set-up for miracle contact, too, as long as you have a neos in the grave or in hand (even on the field, but that's less likely). This way you'll be able to go into 3-material contact fusions, too.
Debris Dragon is a good card in here. Assuming that this banlist is the true one, we can use 2 debrises. Debris that summons cross porter to go into iron chain and then search a neo-spacian monster isn't bad, is it?
But that's not all, debris can go into R4 XYZs with the right monsters, but you're probalby thinking "who can be summoned via debris' effect that's lv4?". I'd say Batteryman AAA. The ones who knew that by my older post, raise an hand, here's a cookie for you. Batteryman AAA itself can go into easy R4, even ptolemys and gaia, but having 0 ATK will make him a good target for debris' effect, and thus going into a R4. A R4 that helps us a lot in here is pobably lavalval chain, since you can send that missing neos, that missing neo-spacian monster for the fusion you need.

The various possibilities that this deck has and the searchability of cards make this a toolbox deck. A reverse toolbox, to be precise. Send things you need to the grave to use 'em.

If you're wondering why this post should be a special, well, it is because I'll do a post per day for four/five days. Of course they'll need to be short, but, well, I like those, so I'll focus on them in the future. This deck will be reviewed properly after the banlist, since I need to test it kinda seriously.

Well, this was all. Stay Tuned.

Speedy Concept: Ojama HEROes

Just a concept, I once had a build that worked good, but I no longer have it, and totally forgot how it was, lol.
Use Stratos to search Prisma. Prisma helps going into Ojama fusions, eventually locking opponent's monster zones. Then, you could Miracle Fusion them going into Shining. Or, instead, there's Junk next turn to do some jobs.
Basically use Ojamas with Junk Synchron to go into Frozen Fitgerald most of times, but even catastor, magical android and likes are a possibility.
Super polymerization, just like every HERO deck controls opponent's field, but what's more you can use it to fuse with your ojamas (obvious stuff) or your opponent's ojama tokens if you're using Ojama Trio. Other than this, you can discard for his cost, Ojamagic. Super Poly counters pretty much everything, expecialy Evolzars.
DARK from Junk and LIGHT from Ojamas, means chaos, Chaos Sorcerer and BLS say hi. If you're worrying for only 3 dark monster you could add others, but don't forget that Junk's searchable via Tuning.
King of the Swamp is a card I love in here, searches polymerization after an Ojamagic usually to fuse 'em, or is itself a material for ojama fusions or an AZ material, the thing you should love the most.
Ojama Country let us change opponent's and our's monsters' stats. Now most of the monsters with high ATK have low DEF, meaning your opponent'll have little monsters, while you'll have your 3000 Ojama King. The thing that really does matter in this deck of this card is its reborn ability, discard ojamagic, SS Ojama, search other 3.
Well, this was only a concept, maybe I'll come up with a build one of these days, depends on how much time I have.

Digital Mortal /// Speedy Fixes: Overdrive Monarch /// Hanoi's Tower

Digital Mortal: first of all I wanted to thank K'yde for naming me in the post regarding Gagaga Gunman, for my Gagaga FTK loop. I'll make a video to help lazy persons/persons that use mainly visual memory learning the combo. Check out his blog, Digital Mortal (even if a Shout Out of mine doesn't help at all, if someone stumbles in this article, make sure to check out his blog)

Overdrive Monarch: Ufficial name is Overdrive Monarch now. Just a couple of little fixes on the deck of the previous post.
I added Miracle Synchro Fusion, if you know how to use it, it won't even conflict with Treeborn if you decide to set it.
In exchange I took out a Tragoedia. Then I took out another Tragoedia (I really don't like it, it's pretty unuseful) for a Creature Swap, I used it the most to open bricks in giant wall with cards like Zenmaines with Treeborn Frog.

In the Extra I took out Leviair and Leviathan (sad choice, but I was never palying them since they didn't helped comboeing with Cleric) for a BRD (which I felt the need a lot of times) and, of course, Ultimate Axon Kicker for Miracle Synchro Fusion. It won me games and games.

Hanoi's Tower: I tried it yesterday night at a friend of mine's house, I used all of the 12 rings and I won. Just random thing, it was a revenge over a friend that said that without the manual to learn how it should be cleared, I wouldn't be able to solve it.
Nothing more.

Dueling Network Updates

The most used duel simulator online has been updated with a lot of new and really useful features.

Here's the full update from Dueling Network Admins.

Basically, I just wanted to say that, probably, Save Deck As option will make me want to play again. Before this, I got bored when putting in cards that I just put, or sometimes I've got flashes and started building, but, without noticing that, I was building over another deck, and I didn't want to lose the first one, so I had to copy the second one, and that was bad, it really made me mad sometimes and made me closing Dueling Network because of my laziness, losing those decks. This option will solve both.

Just hope this'll help making me want to start playing again at full speed.

That's All Folks.

Speedy Article: Gagaga Gunman Loop

2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; activate 1 of these effects based on this card's battle position. ● Attack Position: This turn, during the Damage Step, if this card attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 1000 ATK, and the attack target loses 500 ATK. ● Defense Position: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent.
When I first saw this card, it was first-sight love. I liked how his ATK effect is similar, but a lot more easy to use, to Utopia Ray's effect. His DEF effect dealed damage, Ookazi-like damage to be precise. And then I noticed that it required 2 generic level 4 monsters.

A friend of mine made me notice how this card's DEF effect is useful, mostly game winning, in tournament, at the last part of the game when at the first variation of life points, the player with less Life Points win. Easy to summon, then kill with Tournament's Mechanics.

But there's a thing I noticed. The effect is obviously once per turn, but if he leaves the field, the effect will be re-usable. Then I thinked about a little killing combo. Ya know I love crazy comboes and loop, and I love Infernities, too. Well, if they succeded into making infinite trishulas with a little set-up (no cards in hand but an infernity mirage and the simple 3-cards-grave-setup, avenger, archfiend and necromancer, why wouldn't they be able to summon a rank 4 monster?
I started writing the combo and I realized it was possible, I created for the first time ever a game winning loop. However, how I wrote it wasn't really precise, because usually I need to change something while playing, but I'm trying to write it out in a more precise way. I tried it out on DN (proxying Gunman) and it worked without any problem. You don't need specific card, you only need to have the usual infernity cards and to play in the extra deck 2/3 Hundred-Eyes Dragon (don't know if 2 are fine, I'm going to try it out), 1 random LV 5 Synchro, 1 Brionac (but I think you're playing that, yet, right?), 1 Daigusto Emeral, 1 Leviair and 1 Gagaga Gunman. However I think that all of this cards are played yet in infernities, except for gunman, so that's not hard.

I'm still perfecting the combo, but I realized that it needs your opponent or you to have at least one card on the field, but thinking about this, if your opponent has no cards on the field, you can crazy loop doing a lot of Synchros and XYZ, searching for Awesome Backrow Cards (I call them ABC, you can see it, they are the ABC of an Infernity Deck, though, it was hard to come up with a name like this, lol), and control your opponent till death, so it should be game however, if you have these cards and opponent has nothing to counter you.

Well, I'll try it out with some cards IRL to develop it the best, since there's no Solitaire Mode on DN. Sadly I'm on Linux Ubuntu, meaning I can't use YVD. I could use Wine to use it however, but lately Wine isn't working really good on my computer, for some reason. I could use my brother's computer, but it use it a lot and don't want me to use it. Well, I'll find a way, maybe some friends of mine could host on DN let me enter and then quit (since the combo is reaaaally long).

Another 2 little tips on the deck, if you use this combo successfully, it is really long, and you could run out of time, summon a gagaga and win however. The other tip is that if your opponent tries to stop you with Maxx "C", he'll run out of cards, if he doesn't play veiler. If he does, he'll stop the combo, but you'll have already a full backrow field. If he stops your infernity monster at the right moment you'll stop comboeing, if he stop them the wrong way, you'll continue (it's really hard to guess when's the right moment and when's the wrong moment), if he stops your brionac, you can combo normally with Infernities, pretty lol, uh? More, I play general that I search with archfiend and discard with brionac/launcher.
Hard to play deck but even hard to stop.

Well, once I'll have some more time, I'll try it out the best way possible.

Speedy Article: New Antimeta

I played a bit on Dueling Network today, I faced ONLY (unlucky) meta decks. Ya know, I hate meta decks, I prefer 4funs over them, but that's not it. Actual meta decks are A-N-N-O-Y-I-N-G, Wind-Up wipes out your hand, Inzektor wipes out your field and Rabbit has a lot of backrows. If we consider other decks that are going to enter the meta soon, like Hieratics (tomorrow they will be released in TCG), we can say that who starts with the better hand wins, because of hieratics' OTKs. So I'm planning on doing a strange kind of antimeta deck. The idea isn't totally formed in my mind, yet, so I wanted to write it down, 'cause I'm going to sleep now, and didn't want to forget the deck. Basically this deck plays in the main deck cards to stop specifically Inzektors, Wind-Ups, Rabbit and Hieratics, so I think that 3 of every Hand Trap is needed (even crow). Don't know what will be win condition though. Maybe stall with scarecrow/fader, heavy storm and dark hole, summon fossil dyna and set a heavy backrow, but still don't know.
Well, this may be enough for today, I'll continue tomorrow if I get some ideas. Stay Tuned.

Crazy Idea: Banishing Lightsworn

Yeah, let me explain this. What would someone side against lightsworn? more likely Macro Cosmos (if possible) or Dimensional Fissure. But if we could use Macro Cosmos as main card in our deck? That would wreck the meta, no inzektor loop, no Wind-up loop, no Hieratic abuse of REDMD, no Dark World, no Miracle fusion for heroes (even if their shining will raise to incredible amount of ATK), only rabbit won't get hit a lot, but right now rabbit is weakened for Priority rules, and don't know how many people would play that knowing that anyone plays 3 veilers and 3 fiendish chain. But how would this work, then? Well, lightray sorcerer. Isn't this enough? light of redemption. Not enough even now? CHAOS ZONE. Yes, this is another big piece of the deck. Lightsworns mill, macro comsos banishes, chaos zone gain a lot of counter, and then SS what you want from the banished zone.
Is the idea starting forming in your mind? Light of redemption works like a rota because lightsworn banishes as hell.
As usual you are permitted to summon excalibur and blade armor, but you can take out opponent's monster even with D.D. Warrior Lady.
What do you think of this? If you have some other ideas, post them in comments.

Was going to write about the deck...

...but then I needed to update my Ubuntu, it may need 2 hours, so it will end about lunch time, then I will have lunch, and immediately I'll post the deck. Sorry for this, just Stay Tuned.

Going to eat pizza///Some good Verz

I'm going to eat pizza, it'll need only few minutes, so I'll write a speedy post about something I saw on Dueling Days. This showed me how verz have potentials, other then using them all in a deck, it's possible to use them individually.
Verz Mandrago was the most used in random deck before, it have a cydra-similar effect, it only need you to have 1 less monster (at least) then your opponent. This means you can SS him everytime you could summon a cydra AND when you have 1 less monster then your opponent, pretty simple, right? Sadly it is Bottomlessable, but it it lv4 (for some Verz XYZ, like Ophion, one of the best Verz XYZ) and DARK (for Allure and random DARK support).
Verz Castor, a ninishi for Verz and steelswarm.
Verz Thunderbird, the card I really wanted to talk about, this can dodge pretty everything and became a beater that only photons can get rid of without high level monster or xyz, and even roach would'nt kill this, neither lavalval chain.
Verz Ophion, one of the best xyz ever, if you can use a safe zone on him it is long way better. Continue SS negation of high level monster is lovely, this will stop gorz, or other thing that a roach will. It has way better ATK and DEF stats, meaning that if you can xyz a R4 monster in a Verz deck, please, do this instead of Roach. Searching effect is good too.

After this little review, i can say that Verz are good enough to be played either in themed or not themed deck, they can even play with rabbit and play 3 heliolope and 3 sabersaurus to have the opportunity to summon either an evolzar or ophion to start some control over the opponent.

Deck Idea: Wind-up and Koa'ki Meirus

I'm pretty inspired right now, so I won't write alot, just something to let you have an idea of what i'm going to build.
Basically, if someone remembers it, I wrote a post about Koa'ki meirus and how they have swarm potentials. I thinked about wind-ups because they have a lot of power and are a meta deck in this metagame. They can swarm R3 xyz, this mean you can even summon M-X-Saber Invoker (I talked about him in the Koa'ki Meirus post).
Basically then, let your wind up combo work and, when you are going to do the last xyz monster you can do, summon invoker instead of zenmaines. Use invoker's effect to summon urnight from the deck, and use his effect to summon another koa'ki meiru, preferably crusader. Now you can XYZ into emeral and recycle your monsters, or XYZ into utopia to have a beatstick and a 2 times attack negation effect, or into steelswarm roach to mantain your control over your opponent.
I'm going to build this right now, one of these days i'll talk deeply about this, if it works.

First Week of Blogging

Yeah, a week is passed, and I had some good impressions about blogging.
Blogging is relaxing to me, expecially when I'm stressed because of school, it is better than anything, because I can't duel when I'm stressed, I finish up only being a lot more stressed, even if I win, so blogging and listening to music help me relaxing, expecially if I write something for the blog AND listen to music at the same time.
It's not that difficult to write a blog, but probably I'm saying this because I had a lot of vacations this days, but I thing that I can continue without problems.
This blog helps me in:
-learn how a blog really works;
-archive some of my ideas on the net and share them;
-learn a little more english and practice it continuously.

I'd recommend to write a blog at anyone that wants to, at anyone that want to have some experiences like that and at anyone that has a lot of free time.

Baha's and DS' blog

Yeah, i know that's not a good thing for a blog to advertise others with the same argument to talk about, but my goal is simply know how it feels writing a blog and help others, other then share something i want to share, then this is not a problem for me.
The blog i was talkin' about is Dueling Days (Aka. Baha(mut)'s and DS(ummon)'s)
One of the blog i love, we can say that it's one of the blog that involved me into yugioh. They always write about comboes (i said i love them in my post) and loops, like Infernities and Fish. Does this remember you something about a post of mine? They introduced me to karakuris, too.
Just a simple thing: check that out when you can.

Yugioh chats

Yeah, today is post's day, I have a lot of time when i have no homework.
This post is about Yugioh chats. What are them? As I said on the introduction to the blog post, i want to chat with my other friend and then post the log of the chat (both in english and in italian). In these chat i want to talk about current and next meta, talk about old metagames, decks, techs, engines and even random card discussion.
If someone wants a particular argument to talk about in the next chat, say that in the comments of this post.
Maybe from the next post i'll start talking about YGO, i have to choose which deck/card talk about.

Introduction to the Blog

Let's start this. I wondered how write a blog was, then I decided to write this, as you can guess, blog of Yugioh.
Im Italian, but I decided to write this to hava a more international "public".
In this blog i'll write about new decks, old decks, alot of techs, strange decks (this is what i love to write about), and I'll post some yugioh's chat with my other italian friend (translated in english, of course) about yugioh, of course.
This is all you need to know about the blog. I'll make a post later about myself (i'm not selfish as you will think with these two first posts) and deck I love.
See Ya on the blog.
